• On Dec 14, 1996, Chenghai Fanhai Timber Co., Ltd was founded.
• In August 2000, the company name was changed to Guangdong Fanhai Timber Co., Ltd.
• On May 31, 2001, the company transformed to Guangdong Yihua Timber Co., Ltd.
• In Dec 2002, the brand “YIHUA” was rated as Chinese famous brand by State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
• In Jan 2003, the company’s product was rated as “national product exempt for inspection” by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China.
• In Aug 2004, A share was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange.
• In Aug 2004, the company’s products were rated as “China Famous Product” by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China.
